Welcome to An Adventure Awaits, an executive-caliber private lakefront retreat where
modern comfort, refined design, and timeless Northwoods charm come together in one
unforgettable setting.
The interior transformation is now complete, with thoughtful renovations throughout
the home designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the warmth and
character of a true Northwoods getaway. Beautifully redesigned bathrooms, a striking
stone fireplace, new appliances, updated windows and doors, and refreshed living
spaces now create an inviting retreat that takes full advantage of the property's
spectacular lake views.
Exciting improvements are on the horizon! The transformation doesn't stop there.
Next year, we plan to continue enhancing the outdoor experience with the renovation of
the expansive deck and beach area, creating an even more inviting setting for relaxing,
entertaining and enjoying everything the lake has to offer.
We are also planning a private game and cigar lounge, providing a distinctive
gathering space where guests can unwind, enjoy a friendly game, share a drink, and
reconnect after a day of Northwoods adventure.

views, towering 100+ year-old red pines, and the peaceful rhythm of lakefront living

A Home Designed Around the Lake
Inside, the spacious great room serves as the heart of the home. A beautiful stone
fireplace anchors the room, while expansive patio doors open toward the lake, creating
a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Nearly every room offers breathtaking “big lake” views, keeping the water at the center
of the experience. The open-concept floor plan flows naturally from the great room into
the dining area and custom kitchen, making it easy to cook, gather and enjoy time
together.
The kitchen features high-end quartz countertops, premium appliances, Henckel
cookware and knives. It has everything you need to prepare a memorable meal for
family and friends.

With three comfortable bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, Adventure Awaits
provides plenty of space for families and groups while maintaining a sense of privacy
and comfort. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a
private en-suite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat after a full day on the water, trails,
or simply enjoying the property.

Step outside and discover 275 feet of prime private lake frontage offering exceptional
privacy and room to explore.
The oversized boat dock provides the perfect place to launch your day, or simply slow
down and enjoy it. Fish from the dock, soak up the sunshine, launch a kayak, take a
swim, or settle in and watch the sunset over the water.
The gentle walk to the shoreline makes access easy for guests of all ages, while the
expansive frontage provides plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the lake at your
own pace.
Nearly 2,000 Acres of Water
Adventure Awaits sits on Lake Content, which connects with Big St. Germain and Fawn
Lake, creating nearly 2,000 acres of interconnected water to explore. Spend your
days boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, tubing, or simply cruising the shoreline and
discovering new places along the way.
And when winter arrives, the Northwoods transforms once again. With more than 500
miles of nearby snowmobile trails, the area becomes a winter playground for
snowmobiling and other cold-weather adventures.

  Beautiful cottage and property. The lake was aptly named "Lake Content" as we were extremely happy with our stay. The cottage was clean and perfectly maintained. The wildlife was abundant. Eagles, loons, kingfishers, deer and a muskrat contributed to our enjoyment. We hope to stay again next year.

  The house is basically completely new inside, appliances, furniture, bathrooms. Plenty of parking outside. We fished off the dock, caught lots of panfish, although most were pretty small. The northerns were surprisingly plentiful, we lost more of them than we landed, biggest was around 40" and wouldn't fit in the net. No neighbors in sight, very quiet, blue herons and ducks would land on the dock, eagles flying overhead, loons, painted turtles and frogs. The house and dock are located in a bay with lots of vegetation, which kept boat traffic and noise quite far away. We also loved that dock is nearly level to the shoreline, no steep stairs to negotiate! Would love to see them add a screened in porch with a patio/dining set, and maybe reclining furniture in the living room. Been coming to St Germain for 14 years, this is one of the best overall places we've stayed at.

  This rental was so wonderfully appointed! Great bedrooms and family room! It had two kayaks so bring your life jackets! We fished off the dock. We watched eagles, Blue herons, kingfishers and loons! So so fun! We loved it so much that we are returning next year!
