Another unique feature to our property is we have a private boat landing, fish cleaning house and a boat slip with the rental that isn't mentioned.

Trail Access for Every Season:
Spring–Fall: Ride directly onto the St. Germain ATV/UTV trail system right the parking lot or from town — miles of scenic trails are open for exploring from May through late October (weather permitting).
Winter: When the snow flies, the same area transforms into the legendary Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail system, accessible right from our condo’s parking lot.
Whether you’re bringing UTVs in the warmer months or snowmobiles in the winter, adventure starts just outside the door!

St. Germain is conveniently located in the heart of Vilas County, home to over 500+ miles of snowmobile trails, 40+ miles of paved bike tails and just minutes from shops, restaurants, and activities. Guests can hop on the snowmobile and UTV trails right out of our our parking lot.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on Little St.. Very clean, well kept and a great location! We enjoyed boating/fishing on Little St., riding side x sides on the trails and stopping at our favorite places!
