2Birch - Estrold Resort - Stepaway Vacation Rentals

This charming two bedroom retreat is a short distance from the lake. There is a sliding glass door in
the living room which opens to the screen porch. The screen porch has a patio set with a lamp for
evening card games. A spacious deck is next to the screen porch. Enjoy peaceful views of the lake
from the screen porch and deck.

Inside features knotty pine walls with a rustic open beam ceiling in the main living area. The living
room has a new gas fireplace for warmth on chilly nights. There is a sleeper sofa and recliner. A flat
screen TV, DVD player, and Spectrum Internet are provided.

The kitchen features a snack bar and wall mounted live edge wood table with stools. Equipped with
a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and drip/Keurig coffee makers for your convenience.
There is plenty of cabinet space for groceries.

Bedroom space is ideal for families and for friends with one queen bed and two twin beds. There is
ample space for clothing and belongings.

The Birch provides a large, thoughtfully, upgraded bathroom with ease and convenience at top of
mind. The bathroom features a full size walk-in shower, oversized comfort height vanity, as well as a
comfort height commode. Guests of all ages will feel right at home.

The cabin has gas-forced-air heating and central air conditioning.
The Birch cabin is available in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter seasons.

  We have been vacationing at the Estrold for over 35 years. The Estrold is a wonderful place for family and friends!! Many great memories are made here along with many new and old friends. The resort is extremely well maintained and Bob and Kathy from Stepaway rentals are always there to help should you need anything. 10/10 for sure!!

  We have been coming up to the Estrold for many, many years. My parents Use to stay in the Birch, the cabin holds the most wonderful memories for us. It’s so clean, well kept, inviting and so charming!! The screened in porch is so nice and the deck has spectacular views of the lake. Stepaway Rentals has just taken over the management and I don’t have enough great things to say about them!! Extremely helpful and kind. They are definitely doing a great job!!
